ABOUT
After completing a Fine Art degree with a specialism in film, Natasha began her career as a camera operator and editor at a production company in East London. The work was fast-paced and varied — from filming aerial shots over Canary Wharf to covering celebrity fashion shoots — offering early exposure to high-pressure, high-visibility environments.

She quickly progressed to Post Production Manager, leading a team producing fashion, entertainment, and media content from concept through to final delivery.

Over the next decade, Natasha worked as a freelance filmmaker and editor, refining her craft and building an impressive portfolio of clients. In 2016, she launched The Film Kitchen, a production company focused on storytelling for the hospitality sector.

Since 2019, she has worked with the Storytelling team at Lloyds Banking Group, creating both internal and external content.
Today, Natasha works as a producer and director across a mix of in-house projects at Lloyds and freelance commissions, bringing together technical expertise, visual intuition, and a calm, collaborative approach to production. Her career is defined by a hands-on style of filmmaking, a strong narrative sensibility, and a commitment to delivering considered, impactful content across a range of sectors.
